This T & C’s are specific to the following programs;
- Instructional Expeditions
- Multi day Programming (L2, L3s & L4s)
- Instructor Courses
- Guide Training Programs
- Private Multi day programming.
- Multi day Guided Trips


Payment:

Deposit:

  • A 50% deposit is required to reserve a spot on the expedition.

  • The deposit can be paid online with a credit card.

  1. Remaining Trip Fees:

    • The remaining trip fees are due 60 days before the departure date.

    • Accepted forms of payment include:

      • Bank Transfer or International Bank Wire

      • E-transfer (for those with online Canadian bank accounts)

      • Credit Card (online booking system)

      • Apple Pay

Cancellation:

Force Majeure, Travel Ban, or Government Statement:

  • In the event of trip cancellation due to force majeure, travel ban, or government statement, Blue Dog Kayaking Ltd. is not obligated to provide a refund or alternative travel services.

  • Trip cancellation insurance is strongly encouraged.

  1. Refundable Deposit:

    • The trip deposit is fully refundable up to 60 days before the expedition start date.

  2. Non-Refundable Payments:

    • After the 60-day mark, all payments become non-refundable.

Recommendations:

Participants are strongly advised to purchase trip cancellation insurance. We strongly encourage you to purchase:

1) Emergency Medical/Evacuation Insurance

2) Trip Interruption Insurance and

3) Trip Cancellation Insurance – so that you are covered in the event of an unexpected change of plans, or injury.

- Rolling Instructor Course
- Half Day Tours
- Sunset Tours
- Day Tours
- Paddleboard Programming
- Short Term Rentals
- Short Private Programming

  • 100% payments are required for any Intro programs, half day tours, sunset tours and day tours.

    • Accepted forms of payment include:
